Biostatistics
Biostatisticians at BHCS are experienced in a range of biomedical investigations, including basic
scientific, clinical/translational, and health services research. Statisticians provide support in experimental design (including power and sample size analyses), formulation of research hypotheses into quantitative terms, provision of randomization schedules and bias controlling logistics (eg, blinding), statistical analyses of data, and presentation and interpretation of results. They also offer their quantitative expertise in support of efforts to improve operational processes across BHCS.
Data Coordination
The Data Coordination group facilitates the extraction, transformation, and analysis of data. Members of the group are proficient in a variety of programming languages and analytic packages, with particular expertise in SAS programming.
